Review before public launch

This is a working draft for the MINDBLOOM project team. The responsible organisation, legal bases, retention schedule, processors and international transfers must be confirmed before the website’s public launch. Last reviewed: 7 October 2026.

Who is responsible?

MINDBLOOM is a European project delivered by partner organisations. The organisation responsible for personal data collected through this website and its postal/privacy contact are being confirmed by the project lead. For questions in the meantime, email info@mindbloomproject.eu.

Information we receive

If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, name and information you choose to include. The website host may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time and pages requested to deliver and secure the site. Cookie choices and optional cookie information will be handled by CookieYes once configured. We do not currently provide a contact submission form on this website.

Please do not send a child’s sensitive personal information through the general contact email. Ask the project team for an appropriate channel first.

Why we use information

We use correspondence to respond to enquiries and manage project communications. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and security. Optional analytics or embedded services, if added, will be described here and in the cookie policy before they are enabled. The project lead must confirm the relevant GDPR legal basis for each activity before public launch.

Sharing, storage and retention

People working on the project may receive correspondence when needed to answer your enquiry. Hosting and service providers may process information on behalf of the organisation responsible for this website. Links to social platforms take you to those providers’ own services and privacy notices.

We keep information only for the period needed for its purpose and applicable project or legal obligations. The exact retention periods, service providers and any transfers outside the EEA will be added after the project lead confirms them.

Your privacy rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access to or correction or deletion of your personal data, ask for processing to be restricted, object to certain processing, and request portability where it applies. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. You can also complain to a relevant data protection authority.

To make a request, email info@mindbloomproject.eu. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
