Every child deserves to be heard.
Every voice can help shape change.
What does it take for a child to feel safe enough to speak up—and to know someone is listening?
MINDBLOOM brings children and the adults who support them together to make participation safer, more welcoming and more meaningful. We recognise that mental wellbeing and the right to be heard go hand in hand.

CREATE IMPACT
Mental wellbeing and the right to be heard go hand in hand.
Across Portugal, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Austria, children will help shape learning activities, safeguarding approaches and community initiatives. Their ideas will also inform conversations with the people who make decisions affecting their lives.

The MINDBLOOM journey
February 2026 – January 2028
MINDBLOOM grows through four connected stages. Children’s views guide the work throughout, from the first activities to the resources shared at the end.
Listen and shape together
Children and partners share experiences and help design activities that are accessible, relevant and safe.
Learn and build support
The project develops the Child Participation Academy, resources connecting wellbeing and participation, and training for the adults who support children.
Speak up and take action
Children bring their views to the Child and Youth Advisory Council, join policy conversations and develop community initiatives with adult mentors.
Show what changed and share what works
MINDBLOOM publishes practical resources and “You Said → We Did” updates, showing how children’s ideas influenced the project and what others can learn from them.
Follow our progress
